These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and MRT88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the mrt88 online gaming platform accessible at mrt88.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

mrt88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the mrt88 Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to promptly update any information that changes after registration. mrt88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify mrt88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

mrt88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from mrt88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. mrt88 does not impose deposit transaction fees on our end; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name and verified under your mrt88 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Verification: Identity verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Documents required include a valid Malaysian IC (front and back) and may include proof of address and payment method ownership.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction, unless otherwise specified.
3. Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to method availability and limits.
4. Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before real-money funds associated with a bonus are eligible for withdrawal.
5. Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX) may take 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times, typically 30 to 60 minutes.
6. Account Standing: Your account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or self-exclusion flags at the time of the withdrawal request.

mrt88 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit-match bonuses range from 5x to 15x the bonus amount. Free bet bonuses are typically subject to a 1x rollover on the qualifying bet stake.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and other table games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%). Full contribution tables are available in the promotion terms.

All bets placed on the mrt88 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports markets, or other wagering products — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, as published within the Platform interface.

General betting conditions applicable across all products include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Member, except where a clear manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest Errors: mrt88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly published in error (e.g., mispriced odds, incorrect game parameters, software defects). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• Where connectivity issues cause uncertainty regarding whether a bet was registered, the transaction logs maintained by mrt88's servers shall be the definitive record. In the absence of a confirmed transaction record, the bet shall be deemed not to have been placed.
• mrt88 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any product at any time, including limits specific to individual Members where risk management considerations apply.
• Winnings on sports bets are calculated at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was accepted, not at any subsequently adjusted odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrt88 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in concert with other individuals.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or table games.
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known system error are not payable.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to engage in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards mrt88 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or random number generation mechanisms.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities.

mrt88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, without prior notice. In such cases, all pending bets may be voided, all balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the mrt88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of MRT88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written consent.
• Use the mrt88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written approval.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or any of its content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrt88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.

mrt88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mrt88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or defect. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled outages may occur. mrt88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

mrt88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• mrt88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• The Member has been identified as a Prohibited User.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires it.
• The Member requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (net of any void-eligible bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which mrt88 operates.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent mrt88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
